Design for a Morris & Co. wallpaper with red and white roses and acanthus leaves. The designer is unknown, although the roses are similar in appearance to the flowers in William Morris’s ‘Bird and Rose’ textile design it is likely that this wallpaper design is later, possibly by Henry Dearle. There is no record of the finished wallpaper, although the design is annotated with instructions for the block print maker.
