Embroidered panel showing pear tree with sweet peas growing round the trunk, clumps of daffodils and cornflowers growing at the foot. Coloured silks on cream silk, worked in long and short stitch and stem stitch. Designed by John Henry Dearle for Morris & Co. who provided the silks; worked by Lady Helen Lucas Tooth for the drawing room of her daughters house at Somerfield Keynes near Cirencester.
