Tile painted in underglaze pale green and turquoise swirling leaves on an blue ground. Designed as part of a repeating pattern. Marked with “1888 – 98” and a circle containing the words “Wm De Morgan & Co. Sands end Pty Fulm” around a Tudor rose. The tiles (a set of three) were formerly in the collection of H.C. Marillier, managing director of Morris and Co. from 1905-1940.
